Will AI take over the world?

"I think we should be very careful about artificial intelligence. If I were to guess like what our biggest existential threat is, it's probably that'' - Elon Musk

That statement you see above is from the year 2020. Recently, Elon claimed that Tesla is becoming known more as an Artificial Intelligence and Robotics company.

AI doesn't look like a threat anymore, or does it?

Artificial intelligence scares some people. They think it’s a killer robot. They’re thinking of Arnie Schwarzenegger, but that’s not what AI is. It’s just self-learning software. The Terminator is a very fine film, but it is not a documentary.

Yes, the AIs are getting smarter, fast but AIs don't have human-level abilities yet, and they might never have them.

AI is gonna take most of our jobs but look at it as an opportunity that will save a lot of our time, allowing the humans to focus on improving the product and the services helping the business move forward. This will allow us to concentrate on what we are good at, that emotional intelligence that humans have.

NEW TO ANIME? Here are my top 5 picks of 2021 just for you

I love anime and this is why picking only the top 5 series to include on this list was super tough. But hey, someone’s gotta do it, right 5. Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba This series hit the mainstream in a spectacular fashion. When the series was aired, it went viral with its breathtaking visuals and stunning battle scenes.  After his family is slaughtered and his sister is transformed into a demon, Tan Jerome finds himself taking up the sword as a member of the Demon Slayer Corps all in the hope he can find a way to save his beloved sibling from her affliction.  Another strong point about the Demon Slayer series is the relationship the characters develop with each other. The most obvious example of this is in the relationship built between Tanjiro Kamado and his sister, Nezuko. You can see the two bond heavily during their time together training. 4. One-Punch Man Say what you will about the rather lacklustre reception of the season of season 2 of the strongest hero’s origin...

THE PANDEMIC EFFECT ON INDIAN BUSINESSES

HOW DID COVID-19 IMPACT THE BUSINESSES? A whopping 67 per cent of small businesses and startups in the country are shut down or scaling down due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. The second wave of Covid has left a trail of death and destroyed, ruined many businesses and start-ups. People have suffered huge losses both on professional and personal fronts. While stories of newborn and young children left without parents grab news headlines, the stories of companies where the founder has suddenly passed away because of Covid and left the company grappling for survival is no less worrisome. Compared to January 2020, 57% of businesses are closed. However, there are a few industries, that have not only survived but have been able to capitalize on the opportunity swiftly. The global economy is counting on these industries to revive the markets. 1. Online Education & Remote Learning The lockdown has provided many of us with the time we have been wanting to invest in ourselves. With mor...
